We have to use DST files to embroider your design. Don't worry we digitize your logo into a stitchable format! We charge a one time fee.Check out our custom art and designs page for more info.

We do not like to rush your orders because issues can happen. We always like to be prepared and make sure our customers have the best product for what they are looking for. 

We have around a 2 week turn around time for our custom apparel orders. Depending on the logo orders it depends on the designs and details needed. It could be 2 weeks up to a month for branding logos.

We have a form that allows us to work on your apparel once you fill it out. There are occasions where our machines mess up and we prefer to use our garments for your orders.
